The New Turbocharged 3.5 liter V-6 engine and  10-speed automatic transmission is the 2nd generation version of the Ecoboost engine. For people who depend on their trucks every workday, it comes down to one all-important question: can they get the job done? At Ford, we take it major step further: how can we build trucks that go that crucial extra mile and then some? We design by the principle that the best truck for today is the one engineered to meet the challenges of performance, efficiency and dependability long into the future. So we subjected F-150 to over 10 million miles of cumulative torture-testing to earn its "Build Ford Tough" badge. And it more than delivered. It's no surprise that the F-Series remains the top-selling truck brand overall, for 39 years.

Think F-150 capability has been outstanding in the past? Today's F-150 is not only capable. It's strong yet lightweight, delivering impressive towing and payload. But that's not all. Towing is easier for this F-150 - and for you too, with class-exclusive technologies like the available Pro Trailer backup Assist feature. And F-150's cleverly designed pickup box helps you work smarter and more productively.

the 2017 F-150 models have the Sync Connect feature which allows the vehicle owner to control some of the functions of the vehicle through their Smartphone. The use of high-strength, military-grade, aluminum alloy for the body and high-strength steel in the frame, we've made today's Ford F-150 stronger and more efficient than previous generations. We've also designed the work space of both the cab interior and the pickup box to help you work smarter. The F-150 offers optional features such as a 360-degree camera and the Pro Trailer Backup Assist. Jobs keep getting tougher. Budgets keep getting tighter. That's why this next generation of our Ford F-150 is engineered to be the hardest-working, most productive Fords ever built.
